Job summary

GBA seeks a Principal - Water Environment to provide strategic, client, business, and technical leadership for our Water Environment practice in St. Louis.

This role extends beyond project leadership to growing the market, strengthening client relationships, and developing future leaders. You will translate complex water infrastructure challenges into practical solutions, guide projects from planning through implementation, and build a high-performing team with strong governance and risk

Qualifications

• Deep Water Environment experience in municipal treatment and utility infrastructure.
• 12+ years combined A/E industry experience with leadership roles.
• PE license valid for the role; licensure as required by jurisdiction or ability to obtain.
• Experience leading complex projects from concept to implementation; focus on scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead Water Environment projects from planning through design and implementation.
• Grow client relationships and expand service offerings in the Water Environment practice.
• Develop future leaders and build a high-performing, collaborative team.
• Maintain governance, quality, risk management, and project controls to ensure successful delivery.
