HDR, a global engineering and architecture firm, is seeking an Engineering Project Manager (Water) to lead multi-discipline design teams on water-related projects in Hawaii, prioritizing safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

You will plan, direct, and monitor project tasks from conception through construction, coordinate with subconsultants and local teams, and prepare scope of work and fee estimates for proposals, ensuring successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead multi-discipline project design teams, including subconsultants, and establish work priorities while emphasizing quality and productivity.
• Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of complex small to medium projects or routine large projects.
• Produce and manage several small to medium-sized projects concurrently.
• Prepare and/or review civil engineering scope of work and fee estimates for proposals.
