Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Civil/Environmental Engineer to join the Water South Mid Atlantic team, tackling water quality, scarcity, reuse, and resilience projects. You will support planning, design, and project management while collaborating with clients and interdisciplinary teams across the U.S. and internationally.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, site visits, and the use of AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Revit, and BIM tools to deliver sustainable water solutions and asset management insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is required.
• EIT certification desired for professional licensure progression.
• Experience with AutoCAD, ArcGIS, or Revit is preferred to support design tasks.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and design water/wastewater/stormwater projects including pipelines and pumping facilities.
• Contribute to sustainability and resilience projects through data analysis and vulnerability assessments.
• Perform site visits, water sampling, and analyze water quality; optimize plant operations.
