Job summary

Global Water Technology, Inc. is seeking a Regional Vice President for Water & Energy Services to shape, scale, and sustain the company’s regional presence.

This role drives strategic growth, regional governance, and financial performance across Gulf Coast markets. The RVP will own regional P&L, lead District Managers, and build executive client relationships while coordinating with corporate leaders on mergers, acquisitions, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 18–25+ years of experience in water treatment or related industries.
• Proven success leading multi-district or multi-market organizations.
• Proven P&L leadership and strategic growth execution.
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, and market insight.
• CWT designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional growth strategy aligned with national objectives.
• Own regional P&L performance, margin improvement, and revenue quality.
• Lead District Managers and develop leadership pipelines.
• Maintain executive-level relationships with key regional clients and partners.
• Oversee acquisitions, integration, and realignment of territories.
