Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related science.
• PE license or ability to obtain licensure in primary state of residence/operation.
• Experience with water/wastewater due diligence and master planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct water and wastewater due diligence assessments and master plans.
• Analyze reports, drawings, and data for planning and design projects.
• Prepare and present technical deliverables to teams and clients.
• Mentor junior team members and support proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate with utilities/regulators and manage client communications.
