The City of Glendora is seeking an experienced Water Division Manager to lead the distribution, production, and customer service sections of the Water Division. You will guide teams, oversee meter reading, billing support, and field services while maintaining compliance and delivering reliable service to residents.

Qualifications

• Six years of increasingly responsible water utilities experience with supervisory duties.
• Bachelor’s degree in Water Science or related field.
• Valid California Driver's License and water operator certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily Water Division operations including distribution and production.
• Oversee customer service, meter reading, and billing support activities.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local drinking water regulations.
• Prepare regulatory reports and capital improvement project budgets.
• Lead staff development, safety training, and performance evaluations.
• Represent the City in meetings with agencies and the public.
