Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Public Administration, Business Administration or related field.
• Five years of increasingly responsible management experience in water and wastewater utilities, preferably in the public sector.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct Water Services Department activities and staff across water treatment, wastewater, distribution, and related operations.
• Provide strategic direction, budget development, capital planning, and regulatory compliance.
• Represent the City before regulatory agencies and stakeholders on water and wastewater matters.
• Direct planning, design, construction, and rehabilitation of utility infrastructure.
