Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for controls including costs, scheduling, and personnel management.
• Lead project startup, execution, and close-out.
• Develop personnel development and recruiting strategy.
• Manage contractual issues and customer relationships.
• Accurate cost forecasting and cost-to-complete analysis.
• Ensure safety and quality plans are implemented.
• Coordinate with safety manager to meet goals.
