Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience leading construction teams.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Providing leadership for costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, and personnel management
• Project startup, completion, and close-out
• Develops strategy for personnel development & recruiting
• Managing contractual issues
• Establishing and maintaining customer relationships
• Accurate forecasting of costs for job completion
• Provide leadership and development to project team
• Final say in the resolution of problems
• Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans
• Coordinate with Safety Manager to meet safety goals
