Qualifications

Experience in client relationships and team leadership.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, and personnel management.
Lead project start-up, execution, and close-out.
Develop strategy for personnel development and recruiting.
Manage contractual issues.
Establish and maintain customer relationships.
Forecast costs for job completion accurately.
Provide leadership and development to project team.
Resolve problems with final authority.
Develop Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans.
Identify issues to Program Manager to ensure project success.
Review and approve preliminary schedules, financial projections, and cost to complete.
Ensure site rules and safety procedures are followed.
Coordinate with Safety Manager to meet safety goals.
