Qualifications

• No experience is required.
• Within 1 year of hire, possess NC Water Distribution Class C Operator’s Certification.
• Within 1 year of hire, possess a valid NC commercial driver’s license (Class A).

Responsibilities

• Installs water and sewer taps; repairs leaks in distribution system.
• Installs fire hydrants.
• Maintains sewer stations and pumps; cleans and repairs components.
• Performs preventive maintenance on sewer pumps.
