Job summary

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of general maintenance/work experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize troubleshooting skills to address water utility operations and maintenance.
• Perform maintenance tasks related to the operation of the water distribution system.
• Isolate water lines by operating valves and reviewing GEOLINKS for valve locations.
• Operate valves and flush hydrants to address water quality issues.
• Renews utility services to designated areas and coordinate with others via telephone, text, or email.
• Prepare and maintain reports, forms, and records for operational assignments.
• Utilize a data tracking system to assist with service calls and water maintenance repairs.
