City of Phoenix is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Senior Human Resources Analyst to support Water Department recruitment and hiring needs. You will act as the primary contact for HR staff, hiring managers, applicants, and candidates, building partnerships with community partners to develop talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional human resources management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, public or business administration, or a related field.
• Other combinations of education and experience that meet the minimum qualifications may be substituted.

Responsabilités

• Day-to-day management of recruitments in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Work with hiring managers to develop well-crafted job announcements, screening/interview questions, and other selection materials.
• Support and implement proactive and creative recruitment strategies designed to promote quality selection processes.
• Educate and advance hiring managers knowledge of the job market and labor trends.
• Support various events and processes throughout the organization.
• Work with community partners and professional memberships to identify potential candidates and develop talent pipelines through networking and attending hiring fairs.
• Participate in department projects that improve and streamline recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and the overall candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and City of Phoenix policies.
