Job summary

NCS Engineers has added a position for an in-person Talent Acquisition Manager with experience in recruiting for Water-Wastewater Engineering firms to join us as an Engineering Recruiter in our HR Department. The candidate will partner with hiring managers to perform full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing strategies, networking, and building candidate pipelines.

The ideal candidate has AEC industry recruiting experience, especially in Water/Wastewater Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, communications, or engineering.
• 10 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including 5 years in a corporate AEC setting.
• Experience recruiting in Water/Wastewater Engineering organizations (preferred).
• Professional recruiter certifications (Preferred).
• No supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive candidate experience from outreach to close.
• Develop partnerships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
• Source qualified candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter) while advancing interviews toward offers.
• Manage the recruiting process with data integrity in the ATS (Rippling).
• Develop and implement creative sourcing and recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline via various channels.
• Coach Hiring Managers on best practices and candidate selection.
• Lead and assist with Talent Acquisition projects.
