Job summary

Hall's Culligan Water is seeking a Route Delivery Driver to ensure timely delivery of Culligan water and products on a predetermined route. The role is customer-facing, requiring effective route planning, safety, and strong service standards.

The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass DOT requirements. You will work Monday–Friday on a full-time schedule and may benefit from a robust benefits package over time.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to pass a DOT Physical & DOT Drug Screen.
• Must pass a criminal background check per Company requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and pass a driving record check to operate a company vehicle.
• Must safely operate/drive company vehicles up to 26,001 lbs for 8–10 hours daily.
• Must be able to lift up to 90 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Route planning and execution: prepare the delivery vehicle, follow route layout, and complete scheduled deliveries.
• Customer service: interact professionally with customers and address questions during deliveries.
• Product knowledge: understand bottled water, PE tanks, salt, and related products.
• Documentation: complete customer agreements and route sheets; turn in payments and activity sheets.
• Safety: operate vehicles safely, perform DVIRs, and comply with DOT regulations.
• Teamwork: use handheld devices per company policy and maintain accurate records.
