Job summary

Hall's Culligan Water is seeking a Route Delivery Driver to ensure timely delivery of Culligan drinking water products on a predefined route. The role requires customer interaction to determine product needs and quantities, along with strong route planning and safe driving.

Training across warehouse and Service & Installation is provided to broaden skills. Candidates should have a valid driver's license, pass DOT requirements, and be comfortable with technology and GPS navigation.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Must pass a DOT Physical & DOT Drug Screen.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must be at least 21 years old and maintain insurability to operate a company vehicle.
• Must safely operate company vehicles up to 26,001 lbs. daily for 8–10 hours.
• Must lift up to 90 lbs on a repetitive basis.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Commitment to safe driving and ability to work with technology (smartphone, GPS).

Responsibilities

• Route planning and execution: prepare the delivery vehicle, learn the route, complete deliveries on schedule.
• Product knowledge: understand bottled water, PE tanks, salt, and related products; provide information to customers.
• Documentation: complete customer agreements and route sheets; process payments and submit daily activity sheets; use handheld devices properly.
