Job summary

Hall’s Culligan is hiring a Route Delivery Driver to responsibly deliver Culligan drinking water and related products along a fixed route. The role emphasizes customer service, accurate route execution, and strong product knowledge in bottled water and related items.

You will work full-time on a Monday–Friday schedule, with a focus on safe, efficient driving, DOT compliance, and timely payments/documentation at day’s end. Physical stamina and an excellent driving record are essential.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Must pass a DOT Physical & DOT Drug Screen.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must be at least 21 years old and insurable to operate a company vehicle.
• Must safely operate vehicles up to 26,001 lbs. daily for 8–10 hours.
• Must lift up to 90 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Route planning and execution including loading and familiarization with route.
• Complete all deliveries on schedule and optimize routes.
• Interact with customers professionally and address questions during deliveries.
• Develop product knowledge for bottled water, tanks, salt, and related items.
• Complete agreements and daily activity sheets; handle payments and paperwork.
• Perform DVIRs and report vehicle issues; comply with DOT rules.
