Job summary

Hall’s Culligan in Nashville is hiring a Route Delivery Driver to ensure timely delivery of Culligan drinking water and related products along a predefined route. The role is customer-facing, requiring professional interaction and accurate route execution.

The ideal candidate will have strong route planning, driving skills, and a commitment to excellent Culligan service. Benefits include PTO, a full benefits package with 401k, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to successfully pass a DOT Physical & DOT Drug Screen.
• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check per Company requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older and pass a driving record check to operate a company vehicle.
• Must be able to safely operate company vehicles up to 26,001 lbs. daily for ~8–10 hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 90lbs on a repetitive basis.

Responsibilities

• Route planning and execution: prepare the delivery vehicle and complete deliveries on schedule.
• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Develop product knowledge for bottled water, tanks, salt, and related items.
• Complete customer agreements and route sheets, and handle daily activity reports.
