Job summary

Hall's Culligan is seeking a Route Delivery Driver to ensure timely delivery of Culligan drinking water and related products on a predefined route. You will work in the field, interact with customers, and assist as a Field Service Tech for filter changes.

The role emphasizes route planning, product knowledge, proper documentation, and safety. Candidates must meet DOT and driving requirements, be physically capable, and maintain professionalism on the job.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must pass a DOT Physical & DOT Drug Screen.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have insurable driving record.
• Must safely operate company vehicles up to 26,001 lbs for ~8–10 hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 90 lbs.
• Some mechanical aptitude.
• Physically capable of performing duties.

Responsibilities

• Route planning and execution: prepare the delivery vehicle, follow the route, complete deliveries on schedule.
• Product knowledge: understand bottled water, PE tanks, salt, and related products.
• Documentation: complete customer agreements, collect payments, and record daily activity.
• Safety: operate vehicles safely, perform DVIRs, and report issues.
