BELFOR Environmental in Springfield, OR is seeking a field operative to support water damage mitigation. You will pump and extract water, remove mold, and set up drying equipment under supervision, while following safety protocols and protecting client property.

The role requires the use of specialized equipment, adherence to MSDS guidelines, and occasional travel, including nights and weekends. Strong work ethic and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to identify products, usage and disposal requirements with training.
• Knowledge of pump systems and mitigation equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle per policy.
• Professional demeanor, sense of urgency and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Follow team leader instructions and perform mitigation tasks.
• Inspect and maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness.
• Demonstrate proper use of extraction and drying equipment under supervision.
• Build containment systems and manage air control equipment as directed.
• Protect client belongings and comply with safety and discharge standards.
• Travel as needed and work night shifts or weekends.
