Job summary

BELFOR Environmental in Tulsa, OK is seeking a field operations support role focused on water extraction, mold remediation, and setup of drying equipment under supervision. You will handle a variety of specialized equipment and follow safety protocols to protect client properties.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, ability to work under time constraints, and willingness to travel and work nights or weekends when required. Training on BELFOR systems and procedures will be provided.

Qualifications

• Water pumping and extraction experience or training
• Mold remediation knowledge or experience
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
• English language literacy and fluency

Responsibilities

• Receive instructions from team leader.
• Know and understand MSDS protocols for chemical products.
• Perform daily vehicle safety inspections and keep vehicles clean.
• Demonstrate mastery of BELFOR operations and equipment.
• Under supervision, use drying and extraction equipment correctly.
• Build containment systems using Neg Air and HEPA vacuum.
• Use cleaning and disinfecting solutions and debris removal techniques.
• Assist with lifting, moving, and protecting client belongings.
• Install and operate Injectidry/Directed-In/Octi-Dry systems as directed.
• Comply with BELFOR standards to safeguard client property.
• Travel and work nights/weekends as required.
