Job summary

BELFOR, a leader in water damage restoration, is seeking a Level 2 operator to provide on-site support for mitigation efforts. The role involves pumping and extracting water, mold remediation, and using specialized equipment under supervision.

You will travel as needed, work nights and weekends, and uphold BELFOR safety and quality standards while protecting client properties. Strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to follow MSDS protocols are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with water damage mitigation processes and equipment.
• Knowledge of MSDS protocols for chemicals used.
• Ability to travel at night and on weekends.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must meet driving and vehicle safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive instructions from team leader and perform assigned mitigation tasks.
• Inspect vehicle safety and perform routine maintenance.
• Operate extraction and drying equipment under supervision.
• Build containment systems using appropriate abatement tools.
• Follow proper disposal and drainage procedures for water debris.
• Assist with safety training and BELFOR standards compliance.
