Job summary

BELFOR Property Restoration seeks a field support professional to assist in water damage mitigation and mold remediation. The role involves pumping, extracting water, and operating specialized equipment under supervision, with attention to safety and client property protection.

You will follow MSDS protocols, build containment, and set up drying systems while maintaining vehicles and documenting work. Occasional travel and night/weekend shifts are expected in this position.

Qualifications

• Must be able to identify consumables, usage and disposal requirements.
• Knowledge of various pump systems and water mitigation processes.
• Eligible to operate a motor vehicle per BELFOR policy.
• Strong sense of urgency, professional demeanor and work ethic.
• English language literacy and fluency.

Responsibilities

• Receive instructions from team leader and follow MSDS protocols.
• Perform water pumping, extraction and mold remediation tasks.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles and equipment daily.
• Set up containment and drying equipment (Neg Air, HEPA vacuum).
• Use and dispose of debris properly; protect client belongings.
• Install injection and drying systems and monitor air flow.
• Adhere to BELFOR standards and safety training; travel nights/weekends as needed.
• Record time worked and materials used; participate in site operations.
