SERVPRO Technicians provide on-site help to resolve damage caused by fire and water. This role focuses on hands-on cleanup and restoration with supervisor interaction and room for growth.

The ideal candidate has previous water damage restoration experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. You will work in physically demanding environments and communicate clearly with customers and supervisors, including after-hours emergencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Restoration Technician, you will respond to emergency damage calls and help restore properties. Daily tasks may include:

• Water extraction and flood cleanup
• Setting up drying equipment (air movers & dehumidifiers)
• Fire and smoke damage cleanup
• Removing damaged drywall, flooring, and materials
• Monitoring drying progress
• Taking photos and documenting work
• Communicating with customers and supervisors

COMPENSATION

• Start pay based on experience
• Core hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
• Requires additional after-hours emergency service rotation
