SERVPRO is seeking a Restoration Technician in Austin, TX to respond to emergency damage calls and help restore properties. You will perform water extraction, debris removal, and cleanup, while working with supervisors and customers to deliver best-in-class service.

This role offers growth opportunities, overtime, and a pathway to Lead Technician, Project Manager, or Estimator as you gain hands-on disaster restoration experience.

Qualifications

• Previous restoration experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency damage calls and help restore properties.
• Water extraction and flood cleanup.
• Set up drying equipment (air movers & dehumidifiers).
• Fire and smoke damage cleanup.
• Remove damaged drywall, flooring, and materials.

Responsibilities

As a Restoration Technician, you will respond to emergency damage calls and help restore properties.

Daily tasks may include:

• Water extraction and flood cleanup
• Setting up drying equipment (air movers & dehumidifiers)
• Fire and smoke damage cleanup
• Removing damaged drywall, flooring, and materials
• Monitoring drying progress
• Taking photos and documenting work
• Communicating with customers and supervisors

Compensation

• Start pay based on experience
• Core hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
• Requires additional after-hours emergency service rotation
