SERVPRO Industries, Inc. is seeking a Water Damage Technician to join our top-rated team. You will respond to water damage emergencies and help restore residential and commercial properties.

Gain professional growth through on-the-job training and work with a dynamic team committed to excellence, with full-time hours Monday through Friday and on-call duties. Bonuses available for performance and extended hours during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma/equivalent.
• Experience in water damage restoration or similar industry preferred.
• Proficient with industry equipment and hand/power tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal skills and reliability.
• Physical ability to lift, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Emergency Response: Rapidly respond to water damage from floods and leaks.
• Restoration: Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and sanitization.
• Material Removal: Remove damaged materials (carpet, drywall, flooring).
• Compliance: Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
• Schedule: Full-time (M-F, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) with on-call duties; extended hours, evenings, and weekends during high demand.
