Precision Environmental in Santa Barbara, CA is seeking a Water Damage Supervisor to guide technicians through mitigation projects and environmental work. You will report to the Project Director, oversee tasks, ensure quality, and communicate with stakeholders to keep projects on track.

The role demands hands-on leadership, safety adherence, and the ability to mentor staff while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restoration environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years leading technicians in restoration or construction.
• Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Respirator clearance and fit exam.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Industry certifications a plus; able to pass required medical exams.
• Proficiency in English reading/writing/verbal communication.
• Comfortable using software/applications for documentation.
• Strong mentoring ability and knowledge of safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with managers and stakeholders.
• Lead a team of 3 or more technicians and supervise varied job types.
• Uphold customer experience standards and adjust as needed.
• Manage company vehicle and supplies.
• Submit crew sheets, notes and accurate timecards.
• Mentor and coach technicians for skill development.
• Assist in safety briefings and training sessions.
• Act as Site Safety Representative when necessary.
• Turn in completed work orders and required documentation.
• Continuously enhance trade skills through training.
• Build expertise in company services and operations.
