Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• IICRC Water Restoration certification is a plus.
• Experience with restoration and remediation work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with insurers, agents and adjusters, and contractors to sell emergency services.
• Perform content drying and restoration on residential and commercial properties.
• Carry out cleanup activities and packing of contents; HVAC cleaning as needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers and maintain safety standards.
• Follow safety plans and use PPE as required.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment; perform routine inspections.
• Manage warehouse and stock; assist with site maintenance.
• Work at heights on ladders/scaffolding; perform hazardous waste operations if needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
