Qualifications

• Water pumping and extraction required.
• Mold remediation knowledge.
• Ability to move and reset contents during mitigation.
• Setting up and operating drying equipment.
• Apply antimicrobials when appropriate.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles used in daily tasks.
• Keep vehicles clean and serviceable.

Responsibilities

• Receive instructions from team leader.
• Follow MSDS protocols for chemicals used during mitigation.
• Inspect vehicle safety and maintenance daily.
• Demonstrate attention to detail.
• Demonstrate mastery of BELFOR water damage procedures.
• Under supervision, operate water extraction and drying equipment.
• Construct containment systems using appropriate equipment.
• Use cleaning and disinfecting solutions for debris removal.
• Use lifting techniques and protect client property.
• Install and operate injection/directed-dry systems as required.
• Comply with BELFOR standards to safeguard property.
• Maintain strong customer service and work ethic.
• Meet deadlines and be willing to travel nights/weekends.
• Record time worked and equipment usage accurately.
