Qualifications

• Experience in water mitigation or restoration preferred.
• Valid driver''s license with clean driving record.
• Able to pass background, drug, and employment screenings.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Professional communication and customer service.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in hazardous environments.
• IICRC WRT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water damage emergencies at residential and commercial properties.
• Inspect affected areas to identify source and extent of damage.
• Perform water extraction, demolition, cleaning, and drying.
• Set up and monitor air movers and dehumidifiers.
• Take moisture readings and monitor drying progress.
• Remove damaged materials and dispose of debris.
• Document job-site conditions and maintain records.
• Communicate professionally with customers, owners, adjusters, and management.
• Follow safety procedures and restoration industry standards.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergencies.
