The Utah Division of Water Resources is seeking a Water Conservation Coordinator in Salt Lake City. This hybrid role manages the Transparent Water Billing Grant Program, reviews rebate applications, and oversees water conservation plans while supporting public outreach and events.

Day-to-day duties include coordinating grants, tracking plans every five years, and ensuring compliance with relevant acts. The role emphasizes communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

• Professional experience with running programs and managing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Run the division's Transparent Water Billing Grant Program: set application windows, review applications, monitor contracts, meet regularly with applicants.
• Oversee Water Conservation Plans: track plans, notify systems of due dates, review plans for compliance.
• Rebates: review rebate applications and ensure program rule compliance.
• Public Outreach: represent the division at events and teach Localscapes classes.
• Other duties as assigned.
