Job summary
Sayler's Suncoast Water Inc. in Pinellas County, FL, is hiring a Service & Installation Technician for full-time, in-person work. You will service and install water softeners, conditioning equipment and RO systems, diagnose issues, and interact with customers to ensure quality results.

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of plumbing experience.
- At least 1 year of service/technical experience in water conditioning, HVAC, automotive, plumbing or related mechanical field.
- Clean Florida driver's license and driving record.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Experience with Fleck and/or Clack controls.
- Previous water-conditioning or water-treatment experience.
- Experience diagnosing pumps, valves, or other mechanical equipment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair water-conditioning and related equipment
- Install water softeners, water-conditioning equipment, and reverse osmosis systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
- Complete installations according to applicable codes and company standards
- Leave work areas clean and professional
- Communicate clearly with customers and explain equipment and repairs
- Complete service tickets and paperwork accurately and promptly
- Maintain appropriate inventory and tools on your service vehicle
- Attend manufacturer and company training as needed
- Work independently while maintaining communication with the office and team
