Job summary

Clear Water Concepts in Tucson, AZ is hiring an experienced water treatment technician to install, repair, and maintain residential water softeners and RO systems. You will diagnose issues in the field and deliver clear, friendly service to clients while supporting teammates in a collaborative environment.

We offer a 50k–65k starting salary with commission and bonuses, a newer service truck to take home daily, health stipend, retirement plan, PTO, and a weekday schedule (Mon–Fri, 8 hours).

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years installation experience.
• Requires 2+ years plumbing experience.
• Knowledge of water softeners and RO systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and soldering skills.
• Clean driving record and reliable teammate.

We're looking for an experienced technician to install, repair, and maintain water softeners and reverse osmosis systems.

What you'll do

• Install, repair, and maintain residential water softeners and RO systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues in the field
• Deliver excellent service and clear communication to our valued clients
• Support fellow technicians in the field — we work as a team, not solo operators
• Follow a daily schedule provided by dispatch, with equipment pickup for installations as needed — drive your service truck home at the end of each day

What you'll need

• 2+ years of installation experience (required)
• 2+ years of plumbing experience (required)
• Working knowledge of water softeners and reverse osmosis systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills; soldering ability
• Clean driving record (no DUI or reckless driving)
• Reliability, integrity, and a team-first attitude
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a bonus but not required — we'll train you on our dispatch and field software
