AECOM is seeking a Facilities Design and Implementation Manager (Water) in Chicago to lead the PMO Facilities Task Lane for the DWM CIP, a multi-billion program delivering drinking water to millions. You will manage design and construction, oversee consultants, and ensure schedule, cost, and scope alignment across large-scale water infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 8 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• PE license in Illinois or ability to obtain by reciprocity within six months.
• 15+ years of experience in Water/Wastewater engineering or project management.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience managing large municipal CIP programs (> $500M).

Responsabilités

• Lead the facilities team executing the Chicago CIP for DWM design and construction.
• Develop scope of work, cost estimates, and RFQs for engineering/construction services.
• Review design, fee, schedules, and progress; monitor budget and timeline.
• Coordinate bids with DPS and administer procurement and contracts.
• Provide client liaison, stakeholder communications, and risk management.
