You will work closely with project engineers and managers to produce clear drawings. The role requires 2–5 years CAD experience, a two-year degree or certificate in engineering technology or CAD, and strong reading of drawings, attention to detail, and solid communication.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years CAD experience, ideally in civil engineering.
• Two-year degree or certificate in engineering technology or CAD preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and plans.
• Basic understanding of water or civil engineering work.
• Understanding of construction systems and industry standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, accurate drawings.
• Good communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare civil engineering drawings and plan sets for water and wastewater projects using CAD.
• Work with project engineers and managers to update designs and meet project deadlines.
• Follow company drafting standards and keep drawings accurate and consistent.
• Review engineering drawings and plans for completeness.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
