Job summary

CPH, a Miami-based multi-disciplinary Engineering and Architectural design firm, is seeking a CAD Technician to support Water/Wastewater Utilities projects. The role involves detailed CAD drafting, design development, and construction document production for local and national clients.

Based in our Miami, FL office, you will collaborate with engineers, architects, and clients, ensure standards compliance, and help coordinate project documentation while travel for site investigations may be

Qualifications

Proficiency in CAD software and drafting techniques.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Water/Wastewater lines and treatment plant design.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Create detailed drawings based on specifications using CAD software.
Coordinate design with project team including engineers, architects, and clients.
Prepare layouts, diagrams, sketches, and drawings for various projects.
Review and modify existing drawings per project manager directions.
Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and client requirements.
Maintain records of drawings and revisions.
