Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking an experienced Designer to provide advanced design and drafting support for engineering projects. This role involves preparing detailed construction documents and working closely with engineers and project managers. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience and advanced proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD Civil 3D. This position requires effective communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with possible overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience preparing civil design documents.
• Advanced proficiency in CAD software used for engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of design standards and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise engineering design documents and technical drawings.
• Translate engineer direction and sketches into accurate design documentation.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams to resolve design issues.
