Express Employment Professionals is hiring on behalf of a local water company for a Production Associate. The role is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, offering steady hours and room to grow into a Route Driver position.

You will be involved in producing and handling water bottles, operating forklifts, and keeping the workspace clean in a family-owned local operation. Excellent reliability and a strong work ethic are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift, twist, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic.
• Clean-cut, professional appearance.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Filling and handling 5-gallon water bottles.
• Assisting on the production line for smaller bottled water.
• Operating a forklift to load and unload trucks.
• Using a pallet jack and organizing inventory.
• Keeping production areas clean and efficient.
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
