Job summary

Culligan is seeking a Route Driver to manage a daily delivery route, serving homes and businesses with bottled water, salt, and water dispensing support. You will troubleshoot basic equipment, deliver safely, provide friendly customer service, and build lasting customer relationships while following DOT safety guidelines.

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour. Day shift, flexible start times, Monday to Friday with weekend work as needed, comprehensive benefits after 60 days and training to grow

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete a daily delivery route for bottled water, salt, and other products.
• Deliver to residential and commercial customers safely and accurately.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues on water dispensing units.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop.
• Maintain delivery records and load/unload trucks per DOT rules.
