Job summary

Western Reserve Pure Water is seeking a Plant Operator to join our warehouse team. You will manage inventory, receive, store, and ship products, monitor bottling lines where applicable, and ensure safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires physical stamina, ability to operate forklift and pallet jack, perform regular counts, and collaborate with coworkers. We offer full-time schedule, PTO, competitive benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Inventory management and accurate receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and apply basic math in daily tasks.
• Forklift certification preferred; driving check and background screening may be required.
• Proactive, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receive, store, and organize inventory.
• Monitor bottling or PE line and ensure quality control where applicable.
• Reconcile receiving packing slips and load/unload trucks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate effectively.
