Overview

Urgently Hiring – Industrial Laborer. We’re looking for hardworking, safety‑focused Industrial Laborers who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and tackle tough jobs. This is hands‑on, physical work that keeps things fast‑paced, challenging, and rewarding. You’ll help operate high‑pressure water blasters, industrial vacuums, and other heavy‑duty equipment to keep industrial job sites clean, safe, and running smoothly. If you like staying active, working with a team, and doing something different every day, you’ll fit right in here.

Rate: $17.00–$19.00/hr + growth opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate Heavy‑Duty Equipment: learn hydroblasting, industrial vacuuming, and industrial cleaning equipment operation.
• Stay Safe, Stay Smart: follow all safety procedures and wear PPE properly — safety always comes first.
• Handle Tough Jobs: work in hot temperatures, tight spaces, elevated areas, and physically demanding environments.
• Travel & Explore: travel to different job sites and work in a variety of industrial settings.
• Work as a Team: communicate and work alongside a crew that has your back.
• Maintain Equipment: help inspect equipment and report any issues or malfunctions.
• Stay Flexible: we operate 24/7, so nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, and travel may happen.

What You Need To Succeed

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform physical labor daily.
• Comfortable working in demanding industrial environments.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
• Able to pass medical screening and drug testing.
• Willing to travel and work flexible schedules.
• Must remain clean‑shaven for respirator safety.
