At C&H Industrial, we’re hiring safety‑focused Operators to run industrial vacuum trucks, hydroblasting equipment, and other heavy‑duty cleaning machines. This is more than just another driving job — you’ll stay active, work with a strong team, and operate serious equipment at industrial job sites.

Most positions allow you to be home daily, with additional overnight opportunities available based on project needs and scheduling.

$23‑$26/hr.

What You’ll Be Doing (Your Daily Mission)

• Drive & operate equipment transport, set up, and operate industrial vacuum trucks and hydroblasting equipment for hazardous and non‑hazardous cleanups.
• Keep equipment running smoothly by performing inspections, maintenance checks, and minor repairs to keep operations moving safely.
• Troubleshoot: identify equipment issues and assist with on‑site troubleshooting.
• Stay safe, stay smart: follow all health and safety procedures while working around heavy equipment and industrial environments.
• Go where the work is: travel to local and regional job sites with flexibility for overtime, weekends, and on‑call scheduling.
• Stay active: lift heavy loads, climb ladders, and work in physically demanding environments including tight spaces, extreme temperatures, and elevated areas.
• Prevent cross‑contamination: clean and decontaminate equipment after jobs to maintain company and safety standards.

What You Need To Succeed

• 21+ years old with at least 18 months of industrial cleaning experience.
• Class B CDL (or willingness to obtain if medically qualified).
• Ideal for experienced CDL licensed drivers and local truck operators.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform active, hands‑on work.
