Job summary

C&H Industrial Services is hiring General Laborers for Macon, GA to perform hands-on work operating heavy equipment and keeping facilities running safely. You will move between job sites, assist in cleaning and maintenance tasks, and follow strict safety procedures.

Training is provided to grow into operator or lead roles. We offer weekly pay, overtime, full benefits, and opportunities for advancement within a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work.
• Warehouse, construction, manufacturing, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred.
• Forklift or equipment experience is a plus.
• Basic mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and skills.
• Ability to pass a medical screening and drug test.
• Must remain clean-shaven for respirator safety.
• Willing to travel and work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate Heavy-Duty Equipment: Learn to safely operate industrial vacuum trucks, hydro blasting equipment, and other specialized cleaning equipment.
• Stay Active: Perform physical work in industrial environments while lifting, climbing, bending, and moving throughout the day.
• Work Safely: Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures while wearing required PPE.
• Travel to Different Job Sites: Work in a variety of industrial facilities with occasional travel opportunities.
• Be Part of a Team: Work alongside experienced teammates who support one another and help everyone succeed.
• Maintain Equipment: Inspect equipment, identify potential issues, and report maintenance needs.
• Flexible Scheduling: We operate 24/7, so overtime, nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel may be required.
