You’ll operate high‑pressure water blasters, industrial vacuums, and other heavy‑duty equipment to help keep plants, job sites, and industrial systems clean, safe, and running efficiently.

$17-$19/hr

What You’ll Be Doing (Your Daily Workout Routine)

• Operate high‑pressure equipment – master the art of hydroblasting, industrial vacuuming, and heavy‑duty industrial cleaning.
• Plant maintenance support – assist with industrial cleaning and maintenance tasks that help keep plant operations running smoothly and safely.
• Stay safe, stay smart – follow all safety policies and procedures; safety is priority #1.
• Gear up – use PPE and safety equipment properly while working in industrial environments.
• Tackle tough jobs – work in demanding conditions including extreme temperatures, tight spaces, and elevated areas.
• Overnight opportunities available – we operate 24/7, so flexibility for nights, weekends, overtime, and overnight opportunities is important.
• Communicate & collaborate – work closely with your team to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
• Travel & explore – travel to different job sites and take on new challenges regularly.
• Maintain equipment – inspect tools and equipment and report any issues or malfunctions.

What You Need To Succeed

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).
• Ability to read and follow written or verbal instructions.
• Pass medical screening and drug testing.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform physical labor daily.
• Mechanical knowledge or maintenance experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must remain clean‑shaven for respirator safety.
