What You’ll Be Doing (AKA: Getting Paid to Stay Active):

• Operate Heavy‑Duty Equipment: Learn hydroblasting, industrial vacuuming, and industrial cleaning equipment operation.
• Stay Safe, Stay Smart: Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE properly — safety always comes first.
• Handle Tough Jobs: Work in hot temperatures, tight spaces, elevated areas, and physically demanding environments.
• Travel & Explore: Travel to different job sites and work in a variety of industrial settings.
• Work as a Team: Communicate and work alongside a crew that has your back.
• Maintain Equipment: Help inspect equipment and report any issues or malfunctions.
• Stay Flexible: We operate 24/7, so nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, and travel may happen.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform physical labor daily.
• Comfortable working in demanding industrial environments.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
• Able to pass medical screening and drug testing.
• Willing to travel and work flexible schedules.
• Must remain clean‑shaven for respirator safety.
