Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore is seeking a Water and Fire Damage Mitigation Technician to join our team in Virginia. As a technician, you will learn skills related to maintenance, construction, leadership, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning water, fire, and mold-affected areas, assisting Lead Technicians, and communicating progress to customers while ensuring quality on every job. This role requires on-call work, weekends, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in emergency response, construction, or cleaning.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Detail-oriented, hardworking, and motivated.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with mobile software and product labels.
• Ability to work on-call and weekends.
