Qualifications

• Proven experience as a fire restoration technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of fire damage restoration techniques, equipment, and materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, inspect and complete restoration tasks to ensure drying and pack-out are completed.
• Prepare and review notes, photos and documents for insurance reimbursement.
• Explain processes to customers and outline next steps in person.
