Qualifications

• Minimum age of 15 years.
• Certifications for Lifeguarding, CPR, AED, Oxygen and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Observe pool and pool area to ensure safety.
• Maintain pool and pool area to keep it safe and clean.
• Be a positive YMCA representative and promote the YMCA mission.
• Attend trainings and meetings as scheduled.
• Monitor participants and respond quickly in emergencies.
