Qualifications

• Two years experience in Customer Service
• Two years collection experience
• Keen knowledge of warrants, liens and garnishments
• Ability to prepare and analyze collection reports

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delinquent collections processes
• Plan, direct and coordinate collection activities and paperwork
• Attend court hearings to obtain judgments against delinquent accounts
• Process liens, garnishments and related actions
• Prepare monthly collection reports and performance metrics
• Coordinate with Hampton Roads Sanitation District on collections
