Job summary

Luxury Watch Business in Chelsea, NYC is seeking a Shipping & Packing Assistant to handle packing, labeling, and timely shipping of high‑value timepieces.

You will pack securely, organize the packing area, and make trips to the post office as needed; prior experience is a plus but not required. This is an in‑person, part‑time role with a 4‑hour daily schedule and hourly pay, starting ASAP.

About Us

We’re a growing online luxury watch business selling primarily pre‑owned Rolex and other high‑end timepieces through live‑stream sales. As our volume grows, we need a reliable, detail‑oriented person to handle packing and shipping.

What You’ll Do

• Package watches securely in boxes with bubble wrap


• Wrap each box in packaging paper and apply shipping labels


• Organize and prep outgoing orders so they ship on time


• Make periodic trips to the post office to drop off packages


• Keep the packing area and supplies organized, and flag when supplies run low

What We’re Looking For

• Trustworthy and dependable, since you’ll be handling high‑value items


• Careful and detail‑oriented, because every package needs to arrive in perfect condition


• Able to follow a consistent packing process


• Punctual and able to work on a set schedule


• Able to get to the post office as needed


• Prior shipping, fulfillment, or retail experience is a plus but not required
